Samuelsson "hits that mac n' cheese outta the park!"

Celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson has been a champion in our book for a long time. As a UNICEF Ambassador he has supported UNICEF's efforts around the globe and promoted the Tap Project from the very start.

This week's Thursday video relives the tension at the end of Marcus's Top Chef Masters debut. Spoiler alert: it ain't Marcus who's teary-eyed at the end.

And while we always knew he was a champion, it's nice to know that he's also one step closer to winning a prize for millions of children around the world. Because the charity he's competing for is the UNICEF Tap Project.
